Setting the Mat for Relaxation


Courtney takes you through a variety of setups in this video for when you plan to relax for a longer period of time. Whether you’re indulging in a long savasana or settling in for yoga nidra or a sound journey, she shares multiple ways you can prop the body to alleviate many common discomforts.

Props: Varies according to setup. In this video I use in total 2 blocks, 2 bolsters, 1 strap, and 6 blankets, but not all at once (well, in one position almost all at once!).
