Happy Hips: from Child’s Pose to Garland

In this practice, Courtney starts with child’s pose and continues throughout to work the hips slowly open, from a gentle malāsana and child’s pose flow to warming them with a stronger flow filled with balancing poses. We then take advantage of this warmth and strength to play with baby crow and garland poses.
