This well-rounded practice starts with flow to warm the body, bringing movement to the joints and a focal point to the mind. As your asana practice deepens, we attempt to find ease and stillness in the postures, refining them, holding them, and resting between them, noticing the sensations that arise as you sink into this quieted space. The contrasts of movement and stillness, tension and relaxation, and shifts in focus and breath deepen our awareness both in the yoga practice and in life.
