This meditation provides a framework for you to relax your body through the visualization of a yantra, or a geometric pattern, being created through your bones. As you shift your focus from point to point in your body, relaxing your need to control its position, you’ll find the muscles relaxing and letting your bones reset into their natural position.
Props: Anything to create comfort for the body. Blankets for padding are recommended but not necessary.
