Spot breathing is one of the most powerful pranayama or yoga practices I’ve discovered. From manipulating your body in yoga postures, to manipulating your nervous system on and off of the mat, this simple breathing technique helps you take deeper, fuller breaths, increasing oxygenation, calming the body, stimulating the immune system, digestion, and so much more.
Props: Blanket or pranayama bolster, 2 blocks, bolster (all optional)
