This seemingly simple yet challenging flow will test your balance and bring great insight into how you will see the obstacles in your day. Thus, I often refer to this flow as the litmus test flow. With each movement you’ll see what the twists and turns of this practice bring out in you. It’s also a great practice if your arms or shoulders need a break, as there are no down dogs or chaturangas included.
