This fun flow created for a private client challenges your balance while alternating between adding force to the hip joint and stretching all of the muscles around the joint. Flow through downward dog, chaturanga, and updog in tree pose, exploring the work involved to keep the hips opening against gravity. Find rest in pigeon pose before once again moving and flowing.
As this flow was created for a specific client, there are not as many modifications as usual in this video. As always, listen to your body and only move through this flow if it feels safe for your body.
