Open the Upper Body for Easy Breathing


This is a great short sequence to do in the morning, before your practice, or before morning meditation. It focuses on opening the chest, back, and side body, as well as relaxing the neck muscles so you can take deeper, fuller breaths.

Poses: Child’s Pose, Neck Stretches, Cat | Cow, Lateral Stretch, Vajrasana Backbend
