The practice is from my “live” classes held Thursday mornings via Zoom from the Om Fairy® studio. The Morning Sit is a 30 minute gentle movement, meditation, and pranayama practice, and it is followed by Flow & Hold Yoga, a complete practice that brings a sense of warmth and play to your body before sinking deeper into strengthening and stretching, observing your Self. This week’s meditation started with the senses of sound and touch, and as we moved deeper into our practice, we regulated the elements of fire, water, and earth through the senses of the eyes, mouth, and nose. Have fun with some playful poses like anatanasana and urdhva padmasana with alternatives offered.
