The Reset: Move Your Prana


The practice is from my “live” classes held Thursday mornings via Zoom from the Om Fairy® studio. The Reset is a full practice that includes meditation, pranayama, and a full asana practice that explores both flowing movements and longer held asanas to build strength, stamina, and a sense of quiet in the body. This week’s Reset focuses on moving the prana throughout the body with meditation, breath, and asana, finding what works best for you.

Props: Two blocks and a blanket are optional.
