Vigorous Vinyasa: Stimulating the Uru Marmani


The practice is from my “live” classes held Sunday mornings via Zoom from the Om Fairy® studio. Vigorous Vinyasa builds heat in the body through dynamic, playful vinyasa flows incorporating sun salutations and unique flows based on standing and balancing poses before exploring more complex poses that will challenge your mind as well as your body. This week’s flow focuses on stimulating the uru marmani in the outer thighs and opening the hips.

Props: Two blocks and a blanket are optional.
